For some reason, my shoulder/neck has been KILLING me lately when I wake up. Some days it eases up after a few hours, but others (like today) it hurts literally all day. InfectiousGirl took a look at it earlier and apparently I have a huge tension knot just to the right of my left shoulderblade, but I'm damned if I know what could be causing it.

I just don't get it. I'm not particularly stressed (and I've always been really good at compartmentalizing stress anyway), nothing about my sleep pattern or sleep environment has changed (the bed is exactly the same as its been for two years), HER sleep pattern hasn't changed...why the hell is my neck killing me now?

Also I've been having some stomach issues in the morning for the first hour after waking up, which would make me suspect I was pregnant were it not for my distinct lack of ovaries. I always have stomach issues, though, so that's not a huge surprise.
