Ah, Chile. Home of Neruda, wine I love, Bernardo O'Higgins, the fruit I eat in the winter, and penguins. And now, the best New Year's Tradition EVER.
Apparently, on New Year's Eve, people in Chile eat a spoonful of lentils at midnight for a year filled with work and money.
I, myself, enjoy my own tradition of being drunk, eating my Ferrero Rochers, and after 30 years, wondering why they don't make the ball in Times Square explode confetti or something cool.
What do you do? What traditions should we all be incorporating?
