Bumping for the morning people

Hey guys I'm giving this a bump for the morning people. My coworker hasn't had a stable living situation in years. She's been actively working full-time during the duration including when she was homeless and living in a van for 14 months. She's finally earning enough that she'll be able to afford monthly rent in NJ. She gave custody of her two girls to her father but pays child support every month and has always done so.

Also does anyone know anything about family law? She and her ex have been separated for at least 6 or 7 years, she knows where he works but doesn't have much information on him anymore. I think he also pays child support to her father for their kids. She is still legally married to him and can't figure out how she's supposed to get divorced when she can't get in contact with him.
