So GT, as my friend would say, what’s the happy haps? Anything special or fun planned? Already looking forward to the weekend?

My day is off to an okay start? I got a workout in this morning, albeit a short on and after work I’m headed back to the gym for a run and yoga. An acquaintance of mine who is about as gentle as a hammer to the face sent me a message that was slightly annoying, but no need to get into that because maybe what I said resonated with her?

Last night I was with an older cousin of mine who is also a psychologist and she asked me about what led to my breakup and I feel so much better after having spoken to her. I’ll also be tutoring her in Spanish! So yeah, I think I’m in a good-ish place today?
