Back to the gym today! It’s been far too long, and I need to motivate. I have *at least* 80 pounds to drop, and my crappy knees are waiting not so patiently for me to do just that. So, I joined a local Y that I didn’t know existed, my 3 year old is a member now as well so he can take some classes and go to the childcare center while I workout, and come winter we can still swim! Hooray! He wants to take the cooking class, and he will be coming with me on Tuesdays and Thursdays so that’s the only class he’s going to do for now. Thursdays he will just go play since I take him for horseback riding lessons on Thursday nights and I don’t want to over schedule him. Especially with soccer starting again on the 10th. At least that’s on Saturdays. So- cutting foods out of my diet that make me feel like garbage and trying to eat better with less sugar etc. I still haven’t done fodmap like my gastro suggested because I haven’t been able to plan to eat differently than my husband and kiddo, but it’s in the works.

And in fun stuff I’m waiting to hear from my bestie who went in yesterday to be induced. So excited! Just wish we didn’t live on opposite coasts :-(. But hooray! New baby ! And today is my moms birthday, so if he’s born today that would make it super easy for me to remember his birthday haha!
