Sheesh. Hodgins is a murder suspect. He had the means, motive and expertise to have committed the murder yet Boothe lets him continue working the case.
All I can see is the killer's lawyer in court saying "Dr Hodgins also hated the victim, he had the means, motive of 4 million dollars and expertise to do this. He could easily have manipulated the evidence which he was working on in The Jeffersonian to frame my client."
Not that I want this to turn into an Alex Cross (Patterson novel series where Kyle turns into a killer mastermind while working with Alex)copy but I wouldn't mind finding out Hodgins is a killer mastermind. Just to shake things up.
