I’m looking for any book or blog recommendations for life after intimate partner violence / dv. What the hell happens after you get out, have the therapy, feel better, but still feel very guarded.

I’m doing very well these days, but I am finding that I still get anxious when I’m in the company of men. I’m using my skills I learned in therapy but I think it would be useful to read about other people’s experiences of re-adjusting to the world and relationships after domestic violence.
