Back when I was a bartender……
On two separate occasions, I declined to serve inebriated pregnant women.
I did so because they appeared (a little slurred, off balance, unable to hold things etc) drunk.
Now it's not technically illegal but to pretend I haven't served un pregnant people who were worse off is a lie (not a habit mind you, but a lie)
Does that make me just as judgy? I in no way asserted myself farther than just saying "No", I didn't keep them from ordering from someone else, and I didn't engage with them or kick them out or anything…. but still….
Was I wrong?
