There are a few people here who order things on occasion from Zulilly, right? What was your experience trying to return things?

I’ve ordered several things at this point, and this was the first time I’ve wanted to return something. I ordered a top (.ie), and while I was taking a bit of a risk on it because button-down top and boobs, the return policy looked doable (basically, email them then send it back promptly to them in the original packaging with the return instructions email inside the package).

So, I emailed them and got this in response:

“. . . We’re sorry to hear that this item did not meet your expectations. I’ve issued you a refund of €xx.xx back to your original method of payment. Please, allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. If you don’t have a use for it, we suggest donating it to a local charity.”

Does that really mean they don’t want to be bothered with processing the actual returned object or am I reading it wrong because my brain is fried?
