Things management has suggested we do while the system is scheduled to be down for two days, because they didn’t plan a damn thing:

Finish all of our outstanding training documents.

Clean our desks.

Work on other ongoing projects that don’t require a system (I know exactly one person who has this).

Help other teams file and clean.

I also still had to email people on errors in the system even though it’s read-only, and come Monday those errors will be factored out in the new system and thus irrelevant.

It’s been almost two hours, can I go home yet?
