I’m planning on making Biscotti tomorrow night as part of a Christmas goody bag for various family members. I think it would be great for those who don’t like sweets much. This is the recipe I was going to follow, but when I went to the market they only had pistachios in the shell and they were really freaking expensive. I don’t really want to spend $15 on a bag of pistachios I have to shell. I’m thinking about substituting another nut for the pistachios but I’m not sure what to use. I already have almonds, walnuts, and pecans so one of those would be preferable. What do you guys think? I’m also open to other Biscotti recipes.
