Ladies, I am at a loss. I need a good face wash/cleanser and a moisturizer for (super) oily skin. I've been using Neutrogena's oil-free cream cleanser and Aveeno moisturizers (Positively Radiant SPF during the day, and the clear complexion at night), and I'm satisfied to an extent. I've been researching like a fiend (Total Beauty and Oily Skin Blog) to find the most optimal and — this is key — affordable (read: under $20) product for my delicate lady skin.
I was looking at Neutrogena's pink grapefruit collection and I keep getting mixed reviews. Some people say pink grapefruit is amazing for oily skin and it works wonders for them. Others say it is too drying. What are your experiences? Ironically, Aveeno is featured on a list of the worst moisturizers. Go figure. I find it isn't too terrible, but it is a fuzz on the greasy side. I've tried a Neutrogena with SPF and I hated it.
I just want some good products that are affordable for my oil slick of a face. Is that too much to ask? Sheesh. Although I think I'm going to shell out a few bucks for the Too Faced Shadow Insurance; it meets all of my qualifications and I've heard nothing but good things about Too Faced. Is it obvious I have no idea what I'm doing? Going on 25 and I have no idea how to manage my face, lol.
