Behold! Moo pad Krapao!!! Ok, I couldn’t get holy basil, and the store was out of fresh chilis so I had to use a rehydrated ancho chili, but it looks and smells and tastes correct, as far as those two prior facts are taken into account. What’s for dinner, you guise???

ETA: This is what I used as a recipe, except my mommy always adds bell pepper strips so I did too. Because vegetables are important.
