What’s everyone eating today?

I sauteed Brussels sprouts with onion, celery, and some maple syrup and added some kidney beans to beef it up a little bit (and cut that sometimes strong brussel sprout flavor). And then I also mashed a mix of carrot, parsnip, and sweet potato. I should have used the stick blender to puree the mash, but I was too lazy to go search for it in the basement, so my mash is a little chunky in places.
