Come, tell us about your food!

Almost-MIL sprang for Chinese food tonight. Beef fried rice, teriyaki beef skewers, and fried dumplings. Yum! I’m going to make cookies with the boys in a little bit. Brownie chocolate chip for the gluten free kids and s’mores for the other ones (I found gf/df refrigerator cookies at Aldi, and I am totally taking advantage of it).

I haven’t been cooking much lately. I did make a fabulous pot roast a few days ago, and then made beef veggie soup with the leftovers.
