So, my husband and I need a proper filing cabinet before the baby is born. We already have so much paperwork in portable files but now with the baby coming and all the paperwork we will have with her AND all the paperwork we have to track with the military, we need a long term filing solution. I looked around and most 2-3 high files cost 60-120. I really only want to spend 20. Any ideas on how we can DIY?

Also, we have a particleboard trunk that we want to decoupage with mod podge and gift wrap for the baby for her to have a toy chest. I am thinking this: http://www.paper-source.com/cgi-bin/paper/…

How much mod podge will I need for a 36 inch by 12 by 20 chest? Any does anyone have any tips for us?
