As posted yesterday, I have a cold. Nothing really to whine about; just a standard virus that will probably run its course in 3-4 days. However, the one thing that just about drives me insane every time I get a cold is the fact that I can’t sleep with my mouth open, which means that whenever I’m congested I go 2-3 days while getting only an hour or two of sleep at a time, at most (the magic time when it’s dark out and I’m in the middle of the 4-hour medicine cycle). Right now I’m so tired that I can barely see straight, yet I can’t get myself to sleep since I’m breathing through my mouth. My husband doesn’t have this problem. Do any of you?
