I don't know what style guide the writer of the presentations I'm having to update used, but I am losing my goddamn mind trying to catch the errant capitalisation scattered throughout these presentations.

It's so tiring, you guys. I've been asked to bring the presentations up to date and make them more in line with the rest of our corporate image - which is a big task in and of itself because the formatting is just all over the place - and I can't stand the idea of leaving the fucking thing unedited because it physically hurts me to read it and I feel embarrassed that our clients might think that our organisation is incapable of using correct or consistent style.

I mean:

"What spaces are Private and which are public? Take the Home for instance. In some countries the home has a highly private status whereas in others the home is more Public."

CONSISTENCY. EITHER EVERY USE OF 'HOME', 'PRIVATE', AND 'PUBLIC' HAS A CAPITAL LETTER AT THE START OR NONE OF THEM DO. STAHP IT.

Reading old emails from my boss that my predecessors were copied in on is painful. And these are emails that were sent to big names - huge clients, both potential and pre-exisiting. And they're terrible! ugggggh.

Just needed to vent. Thanks for listening.
