Warning: Very TMI- I know, i know, it's not even groupdrink o'clock yet but i am feeling weird.

On our shopping trip last night i bought preservative-free sunsweet prunes! When i was 13 i lived with my grandmother in Myrtle Beach for a summer, she never kept any sweets so the best thing i could find was prunes in the fridge. I couldn't believe how good they were! For whatever reason, i forgot about prunes for over 10 years. Anyways so we got home and i ate 2 of them immediately. I have had a bathroom problem for my entire life, i won't get suuuuper graphic but when i go it is VERY painful/ always bleeds. Today i went normal for the first time in a long, long time. I was so excited and i paraded around the apartment and told Suhhh guy all about my normal number 2. Usually i would only go every four days. Four days is pretty abnormal, i think. I've seen doctors and they just tell me to eat more fiber... all i eat is fiber and nothing ever helps! Do you guys have any great fiber tips besides prunes? I also bought fiber breakfast bars so i'm going to try those out too. I am excited to start feeling better when i go now. I'm starting to feel like a normal person.
