There have been a few posts for those of us who are starting up the school year and I wanted to just add one little thing. Someone posted a while ago about Yoga With Adriene (can’t remember who), but she has videos on youtube that may be useful to all of us heading back to class. She has yoga for tired legs, yoga for feet, yoga for stress and some bedtime yoga. I think we all know that the return to teaching can take a toll on your feet and legs the first few weeks while you are getting back into the whole standing all day thing. I am too lazy to post links, but just head on over to youtube and search Yoga with Adriene, they’re all there. Don’t forget to make time for self care my fellow educators!
