Thank you IMMENSELY to the generous GT-er who sent us cat food. My cats love you, we love you, and you've really helped.

We've fallen on insanely rough times financially lately. I had to rush to PA to visit my dying grandfather who had a stroke, which meant lots of money in gas, hotel fees, food, etc. We still owe like $1500-2000 from Manstrophy's car accident (ambulance, ER visits, specialist visits, testing, etc.). We're going to accrue a $3400 lease fee for trying to leave early, even though we have proof our landlords violated our lease, but we can't afford the legal fees to hire a lawyer. I just had a $250 procedure done on my SI Joints and ilio-lumbar ligament which proves that I need this series of treatments, which aren't covered by my insurance and most likely will run me upwards of $2000.

GT, I know many of you don't like "crisis" posts or whatever, and many people seem irritated by posts about money, but I feel like I'm losing my mind. We have to save up to move to another state for my grad program, save up for a new apartment, moving costs, deposits, etc. All I see is the more I work, the more things pop up to take the money away. I don't know how we're going to do this anymore. I owe whomever sent us the bags of tortellini SO much thanks. That's all we've eaten for the past like 2 weeks. It's saved us so much money for lunches and dinners. Whoever sent the almond butter made it possible for me to have breakfast. Whoever sent the honey has helped with my post-surgical flu/cold thing. Whoever sent Manstrophy the allergy medicine made our day. He was so worried that his medicine was running out, and you guys sent us a big bottle.

I love you all so much. Thank you for listening, and thank you for helping. I hope, one day, when we're in a better place, I can pay it forward.
