Would anyone be interested in doing a sort of weekly recipe swap? It would basically be a "what did you eat for dinner today" post, but instead "what are you planning on eating this week?" Like the snacks, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, whatever you're most excited about this week. As many of you know, I've recently become a bit of a meal planning fanatic, but I'm also terribly uncreative in the kitchen, so I looooove getting suggestions from GTers. Plus I just love talking about food that I make and eat and want to eat.

I'll start:

I found these because I have an 8 am class this semester and I can't deal with breakfast at 6 in the morning, but they're so delicious I don't know if they're going to last me as long as they're supposed to.

I made a batch of the sweet potato peanut soup from this article for some of my lunches this week and it was super easy and delicious. As Edie Beale can attest, I am a huge soup fan.

I'm making the non-paleo version (peanuts, soy sauce) of this for dinner tonight, and I'm so excited. I don't think I could do this whole "healthy eating" thing if it weren't for spaghetti squash Pad Thai.

On a totally non-healthy eating note, the Constable and I were gifted a Fogo de Chao gift certificate, and I think we're finally going to get around to using it this week. Woohoo!
