This week is FINALLY over! First I have to say FUCK weak/crappy/stubborn metabolisms. I have been working out more than I have in a very long time, and the scale says I have gained 5 lbs. My pants are still fitting the same also. I’ve reduced carbs by about 80%. I do, however have a thyroid condition - a small goiter but last time I checked, my levels were in the normal range. I’m in my mid thirties so I’m sure that also has something to do with it. If only we had a time machine to go back a few years when I was steamrolling through ice cream weekly without any consequences.
