I just cleaned my carpets. Any guesses how long it took for my cat to vomit on these freshly cleaned carpets?

Why in house of 1/2 carpet and half tile/wood do they go OUT OF THEIR WAY to cat puke on carpet? Could he puke on a small rug that I could wash? No. Could he puke in tile? No. Wood? No. His washable bed? No. A blanket? No. His favorite papersack that he sleeps on (don’t ask)? No.

Now HE is mad at ME for tossing him in the bathroom mid puke. I admit, it isn’t easy to quickly relocate a 20 lb cat midpuke, but I tried to be gentle.

There is your image for the morning. Me just enjoying a quiet morning. Lounging in sweat pants with uncombed hair. Sipping coffee while my wife sleeps in (rare!). Enjoying my recently scrubbed house (so clean and quiet and peaceful!) and then bam. Me trying to quietly run around with a 20lb cat who is actively spewing cat puke.

He puked on my foot.

Now he’s hungry.
