Yeah, this week has blown. I can’t add anything of substance to the hundreds of post already written. But I can focus on the little things that have helped (some) get me through the week.
- Met with a psychiatrist and got a Rx for antidepressants.I’m nervous but hopeful that they’ll help me get through what has been a dark year
- Stress eating through my period and the election...this one I need to stop, but we all have our vices, and I’m too much of a lightweight for drinking to give me any solace
- Setting up small monthly donations to ACLU and Planned Parenthood. I should have done this a long time ago, but now I can’t put it off anymore. They do so much; I stand by both of them.
