Mine are:

1. I slept really well last night—woot!

2. I did a gratitude meditation first thing this morning and noticed when I was driving home that I was in a great mood. That could be good weather on a Fri. but maybe the meditation helped, too?

3. I’m about to paint my nails for the first time in awhile and I’m excited. Self-care for the win! Still haven’t picked a color, though. :)

How ‘bout you guys?
