I’ve been without since the summer and am very excited. Time to pulverize all the things. What should I make?

Things I missed making:

  • hummus
  • salsa
  • salad dressing (I like to emulsify them in there and make them WAY smooth)
  • all the things I never felt like mixing up or cutting.

This new one is a bit nicer so I can also like, slice veggies and stuff (my old one which broke eventually would just eviscerate everything). SO EXCITED.
