I'm trying to incorporate yoga into my fitness routine to help with some chronic pain issues/bad inflexibility. I've taken some yoga classes before so I'm not a complete noob, but I'd like to work on a 20-30 minute routine that I can change up as needed. But because I'm still kind of a yoga noob, I'm not sure where to begin with that, so I figured I would reach out to the hivemind.

Does anyone know of any really good yoga books, apps, youtube videos, or anything similar that will help create a yoga routine?
