So i didnt sleep well last night because i had to get up at 6am to drive an hour for a language teacher's conference. Main cause of this lack o'sleep was that i was anxious about sleeping through my alarm. Counterproductive much?

So now im like an overtired toddler who wont/cant sleep. Im also worried about getting dependent on pills :( So what are your fave cures/lullabies/homeopathic/herbal remedies for this kinda situation? Im aaaaalllll ears! :D

oh and... i guess i should start getting used to getting up in the morning like normal people...sigh...
