First off, I haven't made any resolutions and all that. But what I do need to do is get organised, and take control of my health.

Does anyone here use any kind of meal planning / organisation /fitness / wtf are you even doing with your life app? Or one of those habit-forming ones? I am wary of the couch-5k type programmes because I have me/cfs so need to be careful to avoid relapses. A fun part of the cfs is being really forgetful and occasionally just plain stupid, so it would be really handy for me to plan recipes in some kind of spreadsheet and send the shopping list to my phone (or link to recipes maybe), and I need to get in to the habit of doing some kind of physical thing every day as well as doing food prep etc. I tend to lose motivation by e.g. not having hoovered so the floor is dirty so I can't do yoga on it until after cleaning but it's already 9pm and god how am I an independent adult...
