Just trying to sort all us Lonestar people out, since I always forget. This post is for Texans, either transplants or natives—I want to get to know y'all a little!

Texans, drop me a comment and let me know what city you are in, or what part of the state if you don't want to be that specific.

And hey, for shits and giggles, tell me what your favorite flavor of Shiner beer is, year-round or seasonal. Shiner Blonde? Shiner Bock, Shiner Light, , Shiner Hefeweizen, Shiner Black. What about Redbird? What about the Christmas Cheer Beer?

Or if you don't drink or don't want to talk about beer, tell me two things: What's been the best thing about living in Texas and what's the worst thing?

Here's my answers: I fucking love Black, Blonde and Bock. Redbird tastes like ginger ale, but I love it too.

My worst thing is a toss up between the crazy heat wave summers and the shitty politics.

My best thing is the people. If I had not come to Texas, I never would have met LoniManderson, who was also a California deserter like me, ha! I have wonderful friends here, and that's what I love about where I live. That and the cheap ass rent!

Your turn, Texas Groupthinkers!
