Tips on dealing with (verbal) racist attacks against POC/LGBTQ people/etc. I found this quite clear and helpful, although as one Boing boing commenter pointed out, it doesn’t deal with a physical attack.

The Boing boing article points out that having a plan in place can help nullify that “freeze-in-place” panic thing that happens when something violent or potentially violent is happening around you.
