Thursdays are a super busy day for me - in the afternoons (my worst time), I have a 2.5 hour class and midway through, my head starts to get “buzzy” (not sure how to describe it - slightly spacy, slightly cloudy, hard to piece thoughts together). Last week, I powered up on protein before class, and it still happened.
