I had a really rough day today - and all I want to do is get pizza and ice cream and curl under the covers and watch Buffy episodes and cry. I’m trying to not veer from my food plans though. What are non-food ways you take care of yourself when you have had a rough day?

I’m curious if what feels badly changes how you cope. Like, if you are angry at [work, partner, the world] versus feel like you have messed up or that you feel [unloved, hated, ignored, unappreciated, like a loser], etc.
