I'm sick and tired of feeling tired. Caffeine doesn't cut it. I think I get enough sleep, but I know I have to sleep earlier than I do. I don't know if it's physiological, but I got a blood test a few years ago to check if my thryroid was okay, and it was fine. I just want to feel alert and lively for once in a very long time :( I think I need to make some changes to my diet and get more motivated to exercise, but I want something to desperately work NOW.
