I feel like my staff's ability to do their jobs effectively (and in turn my supervisory ability, I guess) keeps being called into question. And at the same time, tools that genuinely help them do their job effectively keep being taken away.

In addition to that, a very part time position that I was hoping for for the fall/winter (while I'm in school) at the place I work currently has just been taken off the table due to apparent budgetary concerns. But they offered the person who would have supervised that position extra hours to make up for it. Hiring someone into the position would have been cheaper, jerkfaces.

What are some tools to help me not lose said shit at work?
