Taking OneLittleDetail's advice, I dredged them in an equal mix of flours and cornmeals, shook in some cheyenne, nonion powders, garlics powders, and salteds. Fried them in hot oil and served them wiv tater tots and a mix of mayo-an-sriracha. I added hot water to the leftover batter and fried them in two little patties. They were pretty nom. All in mah belleh!!!!
