After months of job hunting/wallowing in part-time "you must have open ability thus preventing you from working another part time job" retail-hell, I was just offered a second interview for a full time, 5 day a week, more than minimum wage, job at a local bank.

I know it's not a perfect job. I know I would have to up-sell different products to people who just want to deposit their check and go home, but my god, it's got to be better than the mind numbing tedium of zoning shelves for eight hours every shift.

Now to head into my closet and pull out/iron my actual business clothing, and try and figure out how to answer the inevitable question of "why do you want to work for [company] bank?"
