As some of you might recall, the other day I found out that my supervisors were interested in making me full-time. I was supposed to go into for a meeting on Monday to discuss the details, but my car wouldn't start. Anyway, I made it in yesterday, and yeah, I'm going full-time, and not only that but I'm getting a new position that I specifically asked to be moved to. That being said, I am super nervous. They wanted me to start training ASAP, so I am going in tonight. I'm going to be doing something called master control, which is explained better here, but basically, I am the last person to see any video, commercial, whatever before it goes on the air. I'll get to wear a headset so I can talk to the director and camera operator, which is kind of neat. I'm going to train on the third shift since apparently it's the easiest version, and it feels like I'm starting a new job all over again (which I guess I am in a way). At any rate, I wanted to let y'all know what's up. Also, if I start commenting at weird hours, y'all know why. ;)
