I'm SO tired and drowsy today to the point that I'm going crazy. I'm always tired, but today has been on another level. I mean, I went to sleep around 12:30-12:45 last night, but that's when I usually sleep, often after that (which is a problem in itself). I woke up at around 10 am. I just took a nap, and I still feel awful. The problem here is that my chronic drowsiness is going to get in my way of studying for an important admissions test that I'll be taking this summer. I'm going to make an appointment with my doctor ASAP because this is too much. I also should start exercising frequently again, I suppose. Sigh...
