Yay, posting privileges! Thank you GT gods!
I've been gluten-free for 6 days so far. It is starting to get hard. Please give me suggestions for lunch that are not salad! (Salad is my nemesis if there are no croutons. Why bother? Croutons are the only reason to eat salad.) I've been eating a lot of yogurt and honey nut Chex. I also have GF matzo that I haven't tried, but I'm thinking a fake sandwich with PB or cream cheese will probably be pretty yum.
Also appreciated: dinner suggestions and baked good recipes. Fortunately, my preferred ice creams appear to be GF, so my life isn't totally sad.
