What’s your favorite kind of cheese?

I like a sharp, smoked cheddar the best. Preferably with a crisp green apple. Really, I love any kind of smoky cheese. I made a caprese salad with smoked mozzarella once, and it was the shit.

Other favorites are Maytag blue, Guinness marbled cheddar, parmesan, cow’s milk feta, and Muenster. And dill havarti. And pretty much anything with any kind of pepper in it- pepper jack, habanero jack, chipotle cheddar, GIMME. I do not like goat or sheep cheeses, nor am i a fan of anything with really grassy flavors.
