This show has grown on me quite a bit so far. I was only vaguely interested in it when I first started watching, knowing that it was going to be a police procedural (like there aren't enough of those already) but that the premise seemed interesting. Stalking so disproportionately affects women, and I personally know someone who has been actively stalked for the past 3-4 years. I was curious to see if the show was going to fall into the stereotypes of stalkers and their victims, but other than possibly the first scene of the pilot, it has exceeded my expectations. The stalkers are not always mentally unstable, and the victims aren't "too nice" or "inviting that kind of attention." They even have a female stalker in one of the episodes. Now that the show is well into its development of the main character arcs, I'm hooked. I have to say, though I enjoy the premise and its execution so far, my favorite thing about the show (and this is probably a little weird) is its soundtrack. In every episode to date, they have played these amazingly creepy covers of famous pop songs with lyrics in a way that changes the context of those songs completely. I'll put some links below to the songs featured so far. Anyone else watch the show? What do you think so far?

Creep by Michelle Branch (okay, so this one doesn't compare to the original, but I still like it)

Be My Baby by Snow Hill

Don't You (Forget About Me) by Leelou

Every Breath You Take by The Police

One Way or Another by Until the Ribbon Breaks

Love is a Battlefield by Wrongchilde
