I have been making smoothies for days now, though they are not actually smooth since I only have a pulser but damn - I went through a 2 pound bag of blueberries and bunches of bananas along with different kinds of yogurt (mostly Greek Gods honey yogurt and some weird vanilla yogurt). I throw in cherries and other fruit when I have them. I tried adding some apple fiber but that just made it kind of grainy.

I calculate it to be about 400 calories but it is filling and it keeps down my eating unless I am really bored.
