If you haven’t had it yet, check out Sartori’s cheeses. They are made in Wisconsin and every one I have had is so damn good. In fact, I finished off a wedge of their Citrus Ginger Bellavitano cheese for dinner. The Montamore... AHHHHHH heavenly. The Merlot Bellavitano? My favorite part about a red wine but none of the headache.
