On Friday I picked up a whole flat of peaches from the West End Food Coop. That's 6 baskets, or 18 L (roughly 19 quarts). They were still a little hard until yesterday, so the last two days I have been canning like mad.

I made:

Peach Sriacha Jam and Salted Brown Sugar Peach Jam from the Preserving by the Pint Cookbook

Gingered Peach Jam, Pickled Ginger Peaches and Peach Leather from the Put 'Em Up Cookbook

Peach, Pecan, Cherry Conserve from Preserving with Pomona's Pectin

All that, and I still have about 5 litres of peaches left.

Trying to decide if I want to do some more pickled peaches, or conserve, or maybe try some peach BBQ sauce, or a new peach salsa recipe (since I don't like the old one I have).

So many possibilities...
