Every year at the company I work for, a survey goes out to all of the employees. It's a mandatory survey where the employees rate their jobs and their bosses. A few months later, each team in the company gets together and combs through their specific results and discuss the top and bottom rated survey answers. And then all hell breaks loose!

Basically, the three coworkers who have been here longer and work from home are super bitter about the changes the group has gone through in the last year and a half. Mind you, I've only been here for a year and a half, so all I know are the constant changes.

Anyway, in 45 minutes the meeting devolved from a group with a 90% overall positive rating to a super awkward bitchfest between the three at home employees and my boss. There were references to the Hunger Games made, the boss called out people on their downtime, there were accusations made about other people's quality. It was like bizarro work.
