How do you ... do... stuff? Like anything? I’m on vacation and I can’t bring myself to do anything. Then I don’t do anything and feel guilty and angry at myself and feel stupid like it’s a waste of time then I don’t do anything and so on and so on. I just want to sit here, but at the same time... I don’t want to sit around and do nothing. I feel like a loser.
So... how do you get yourself motivated to do things?
