Gah!! I somehow managed to make back to back appts and i still have research to finish and this week i have to go to my classes. My weekend just got filled up with stuff, oh and I have to finish my thesis!! I wish i was young enough to totally forgo sleep, alas my body won't let me anymore. :( Which is to say that you may see me starring a lot of posts in the coming days because my bandwith is wearing thin. So how do you relax and I guess this is a good time to refresh my ADHD CBT... so night owls and early birds (cuz i'm a west coaster) how do you manage your days and stress?
