Guys, I was lazy packing my lunch and so I just grabbed whatever to fulfill my basic food groups: some veg for a quick salad, a piece of bread and a pre-cooked sausage. But my bread's too dry to eat by itself. However the office fridge is stocked with all kinds of ice cream right now. So, what say you GT? Does an ice-cream sandwich count as my carbs for lunch?
